Services

Studio Bunny offers custom graphic design services and digital products. Details of each service are provided on our website or agreed upon in individual contracts.

Intellectual Property

All designs created by Studio Bunny remain the property of Studio Bunny until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client, but Studio Bunny retains the right to use these for portfolio purposes.

Limitations of Liability

Studio Bunny is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our designs or products. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final deliverables before use.

Payment Terms

• Full or partial payment is required before work begins.

• Payment schedules are outlined in your contract or purchase confirmation.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund Policy for Graphic Design Services

• Refunds are not available for completed design work.

• For canceled projects, refunds are available for uncompleted stages, less a cancellation fee of 25% of the total project cost.

Refund Policy for Digital Products

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not available once a product has been downloaded.

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel a project, contact us immediately at [ebony@studiobunny.com.au]. Refund eligibility will depend on the progress of the project.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in extraordinary circumstances at Studio Bunny’s discretion.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. Downloads cannot be refunded.
